Wild Child Nature Hikes

Build better brains and bodies with active outdoor discovery! Join Youth Services Librarian Linda DeCramer for walks, talks, and STEAM-inspired enrichment activities in the great outdoors at local nature venues.
Meet at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, January 18 at South Woods (N7974 Union St, Ripon – Extra parking at 13803 Skyline Circle) and January 25, at Riggs County Park (N8137 Douglas St, Ripon.) Supplies for the day’s walk provided.
Bring your sense of wonder, discovery, and a willingness to share your own knowledge. Designed for kids 3-6 years, but enjoyable for all ages. Arrive a few minutes early to the designated location, dressed for the weather! Rain or a temperature/windchill of 10° or below will result in cancellation. Cancellations will be posted on the library website by 8 a.m.
