BABY BOUNCE | WEDS JAN 15 – FEB 19 | 10 AM

A GROUP FITNESS TIME FOR CAREGIVERS, THEIR BABIES & PRESCHOOLERS!

Callista Wesner, M.S. Exercise Science, hosts fun, friendly fitness sessions to combat the winter blahs! A variety of adult/child sizes, ages and abilities will be supported with a range of options and instruction. Attend all of the sessions or select those fitting your schedule.

You can expect:

to be active for 15-20 minutes.
to interact with & involve your child as is appropriate for you both.
music and movement.
a Q&A time + take home tips.
each week to be unique.

All participants, adults and children, must have a liability waiver completed in advance. Waivers are available for pick up at the library or via this link. LIABILITY WAIVER

After Baby Bounce all are welcome to STAY & PLAY in the Romper Room.
