Beat the winter blahs—visit the ROMPER ROOM!
Physical activity & human connections are important for healthy, happy human beings, and the Romper Room facilitates both! Through the month of March, the Romper Room will be open as follows:
FRIDAYS | 9 A.M.—5 P.M.
A golden nugget called "Everyday Novelties" —simple, inexpensive ideas for keeping kids occupied—will be offered on Fridays, 9:30-10:30 A.M.
SATURDAYS | 9 A.M.—3 P.M (except March 21)
SUNDAYS | 1-3 P.M.
What is the Romper Room? Hosted in the library’s Silver Creek Room, the RR offers time and space for caregivers to be active and engaged with their young children, age 0-8 years. What to expect: trike and trailer, balance bike, bowling, croquet, ball toss, giant parachute, community play carpet + vehicles, hop scotch, giant LEGOs, pull toys, hippity-hop balls, scooter boards, and more.
